Canners and Bottlers Supplies (CBS) was established - Primarily for the Design, Manufacture and Installation of Conveying, Palletizing and Depalletizing systems for the Brewing sector

The acquisition of Betts Engineering helped CBS build on its product range permitting entry into other sectors including Wine; Fruit and vegetable processing; Chemical and Pharmaceutical

CBS business was acquired by Scott Technology, Christchurch

SCOTT PHS created from a management buy-out to focus on core product range of Materials Handling Equipment
