Lane Divider - Plaque Style

Overview

This lane divider accurately divides product from 1 lane to 4 lanes at speeds of up to 500 pieces/minute.

This Massman Lane Divider automatically and efficiently divides product from one lane to two or more at high speed. Durable design provides years of trouble-free service with minimum maintenance.

Timing screws efficiently place round, oval, rectangular or square products onto the divider plaques. Servo or Cam-operated switching motion provides a very smooth, precise transfer of the product and support plaques. One or more cams can be used to create from 2 to 6 balanced lanes of product with minimal product surge.

The random timing nature of these Lane Dividers lends itself to the diverting of single pieces or groupings of product. The design also easily accommodates multiple discharge lanes with zero product surge.
