MASSMAN

KD Case Packer (with Progressive Stacker Infeed)

Overview

Teaming up with Massman for your packaging machinery needs will not only enhance productivity, but will make your maintenance
department appreciative as well. Durability and ease of maintenance are very important Massman machine design criteria.

Ease of maintenance is achieved through accessible placement of serviceable components. Durability comes from the predominantly mechanical function of the machine itself. This means electric motors with gearboxes, and lineshafts with mounted box cams & cranks driving working machinery.

Mechanical drive results in consistent timing and accurate positioning of mechanisms.
The KD Case Packer shown above was designed to run a selection of three different product sizes, with a changeover time of less than 5 minutes. This machine is capable of up to 40 cases/minute while the infeed is capable of 30 cpm. A reliable Massman Case Packer
can be designed to fit your application, to your specifications.
