Case Packer for Eggs
Overview
Here is a case packer that will pack 20-count trays, 30-count trays, 12-pack cartons and 18-pack cartons of eggs!
Dual-line, through-style case conveyors allow packing of two independent case patterns at the same time. Servo drives on the loaders are fast and accurate, assuring higher operating speeds with the added advantage of operational precision.
Massman simplicity of design means virtually no changeover, as the specially-designed load heads handle trays or cartons without change parts. Simplicity of operation contributes to
ease of maintenance through accessible placement of the few essential serviceable components.
Capable of 25,000 eggs per hour, per lane. The loader rotates trays 90° every other layer, and packs single cases, or double cases with (or without) a center divider.
